emigracion de mi abuelo

¡Hola a todos! Mi abuelo emigro de Asturias a Cuba en el año 1923, producto de la dictadura del General Primo de Rivera y vino de polizonte en un barco de harina y manteca dentro de un tanque de manteca escondido y salio del puerto de Gijón en el Mar Cantabrico y llego a Cuba al puerto de la habana. Trabajo como jornalero hasta hacer dinero y convertirse en una persona acendada y rica pero con su sacrificio. Ayudo a todos los que pudo y se gano el prestigio de esa comunidad donde vivio en Cuba en las Villas. Murio siendo querido por todos y el pueblo le puso a ese lugar ''El barrio de Asturias'' por él y sus esfuerzos. Gracias a todos. Saludos

Hello, everyone! My grandfather emigrated from Asturias to Cuba in 1923 as a result of the dictatorship of General Primo de Rivera. He traveled as a stowaway on a ship carrying flour and butter, by hiding in a vat of lard. He left the port of Gijón on the Cantabrian Sea and arrived in Cuba at Havana Harbor. At first he worked as a day laborer but over time he made enough money to rise and become rich as a result of his sacrifice. He helped everyone he could and earned the prestige of the community where he lived in Cuba in Villas. He died being loved by all and the people gave that place the name,"The Neighborhood of Asturias" in recognition of him and his efforts. Thank you all. Best wishes!
