Mi nombre es Eduardo y soy nevo en este foro. Soy asturiano pero hace ya doce años que vivo en Inglaterra. También estoy casado con una portuguesa con lo que ya tenemos variedad.

Hay muchos platos que podría excoger de la culinaria asturiana, y tengo un paladar dulce, pero para ser honesto, muchas veces simplemente desearía comer un bollo preñado (reminscencias del San Mateo de Oviedo, supongo). Sólo eso.

Este es un enlace que muestra cómo hacerlo que creo que no presentaría muchos problemas

My name is Eduardo and I am new to this forum. I am Asturian by I have lived in England for the past twelve years. I am also married to a Portuguese so we are getting a good variety now.
