Marta, which web browser are you using? What kind of computer are you using: a PC or an Apple?

I'm using a PC, too, and don't think I've seen a problem. Which web browser are you using (Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.)?
Can you send me a screen shot (an image of the screen) of what you see when it happens? That might help.
