Aprovechando que Berodia lo menciona en el hilo anterior, quisiera saber qué opináis de las viviendas de 30m2 que sugiere la Ministra de la Vivienda para paliar la escasez de vivienda asequible.

Since Berodia mentioned this in the preceding thread, I wonder what you all think about the 30 sq dwellings proposed by the Minister of Housing to remedy the shortage of moderately priced flats.
