Mi abuelo emigró a Cuba a finales del XIX. Mi familia es de Cudillero,
Piñera. La C es por Caridad, la virgen de Cuba. Gracias por ocuparte de este foro. Me alegro mucho haberlo encontrado. Y tú, vives en Maryland?

Sí, vivo ahora en Maryland. Nací y me crié aquí, pero he vivido en otros lugares también. Ahora la zona donde vivo es muy urbana y abarrotada.

Where are you living now? Is Iturralde a Basque name? I'd guess that we Cubans and North Americans are similar in our being mixtures of many cultures!

Nah, I don't work at NSA, although it is nearby. When I was a kid it was supposed to be a secret. Those who wanted to know more about it (supposedly even local government planning officers here) sometimes asked the Russians for data! People still joke that NSA means "No Such Agency."
On a serious note, it's obvious now that the Bush administration has used NSA to spy on US citizens, in clear violation of our laws.

Aquellos que deseaban saber más acerca de ella (supuestamente incluso los oficiales de planificación de un gobierno local) a veces pidió a los rusos sobre los datos! Todavía broman aquí de que "NSA" significa "No Such Agency" (No existe tal agencia).
En una nota grave, es evidente ahora que la administración de Bush ha utilizado la NSA para espiar a los ciudadanos de los EEUU, en clara violación de nuestras leyes.
