No sé gran cosa respecto al tema, pero conozco personalmente a uno de los mejores especialistas y ponentes en la materia.

Me encontré un página que explica el sistema de salud mental en España. Aparentemente, estos servicios son un poco diferente en cada región, pero la salud mental está incluyido en el sistema nacional de salud. En muchas zonas no hay suficientes proveedores, por lo que está difícil recibir atención adecuada. Asturias, sin embargo, segun parece, fue un pionero en el movimiento hacia el modelo nuevo de salud mental comunitario del más viejo modelo de hospitales mentales.

I found a website that explains the mental health system in Spain. Evidently it's a little different in each region, but mental health is covered under universal health care. In many areas there aren't enough providers, so it may be difficult to receive adequate care. Asturias, however, appears to have been a pioneer in the move to the newer community mental health model from the older mental hospital model.

Por informate un pocu mas alrodiu del tema, la psicoterapia si que ta incluyia nos servicios sanitarios sociales (nun se por cuantu tiempu mas). Sicasi pa trabayos d'estrictamente psicoterapia medica con capacida pa recetar suelen pidir titulu de melecina y tar especializau o facer un cursu especificu de psiquiatria o psicoterapia, no que cinca al curiau de presones con malures mentales suel valir dalgun tipu de cursu de tipu social, melicu o'l titulu de psicoloxia, psiquiatria o similar.
Sicasi guei dii sigue habiendo un ciertu estigma social referente a recibir terapia, si bien dende'l seutor melicu lluchamos por normalizar esta situacion, que contribui a una mayor reconocencia y tratamientu d'esta triba de malures.
Ye cierto que n'Asturies diose un blincu pergrande, siendo pioneros magar la decada de los 60 cola protocolizacion de los servicios y cientros sanitarios especializaos pa malures mentales.

To inform you a little more about this topic, the psychotherapy is included in the social sanitary services (I don't know for how long).
Even when for the strictly medical psychotherapy jobs with the capacity to prescribe they use to ask for the degree in medicine or to be specialized or at least do some courses in psychiatry or psychotherapy, regarding the care of people with mental diseases often some social or medical course, title in psychology, phsychiatry or similar will do.
However nowadays still there is a stigma attached to get therapy, from the medical sector we fight for the normalization of this situation, which contributes to a bigger recognition and treatment of this kind of diseases.
It is true that in Asturies there was a great jump, being pioneers since the 60's with the protocolization of the specialized medical services and centers for the mental diseases.
