Unidentified New Jersey Family - Do you know them?

I recently ran across this photo taken sometime during the 1940s (?) of a family that might be from New Jersey.



This picture belonged to my grandmother, Ida Vasquez Gonzalez, who lived in Spelter, West Virginia. We have no other information about the photo.

My father remembers an Asturian family from New Jersey who had a daughter nicknamed "Ike." He's not sure, however, if the folks pictured here are related or not.
