While you were registering, did you receive an error message which includes a phrase like this?

That means that the email server of your ISP (the people who provide your email service) is using a technique called "greylisting" to prevent spam.

The first time that our website tries to send an email to you, your email provider will not accept it. After a waiting period, your email servidor will accept our emails. Most non-spam email programs will resend an email several times, so good emails should reach you after a delay. In the future when we try to contact you, your email provider will have a record of us and let it pass on to you immediately.

The solution to this registration problem is to resubmit your registration in 30-60 minutes. If that fails, you may have to wait longer or may want to try another email address.

La primera vez que tu servidor de correo recibe un mensaje de nosotros, no acceptará este correo para 30 minutos, una hora, o algo así. Después de una período de espera, tu servidor de correo aceptará nuestros emails. La mayoría de programas de correo no spam enviarán tu correo algunas veces más. Por eso, el correo llegará con una demora breve. Después de esta demora tu servidor de email tendrá un registro de nuestros y aceptará nuevos correos de nuestra dirección inmediatamente.

La solución es intentar otra vez presentar tu matricula después de media hora o una hora. Si falta eso, puedes esperar un poco más o usar otra dirección de correo.
