|I have seen this recipee not long ago and I think it would be a more than nice starter:
Ingredients per packet:
La Peral cheese (25 grs) more or less
Milk cream (5 grs) more or less
2 chives twigs
1/4 Phyllo sheet
Oil (olive or sunflower. At taste)
First of all, there is needed to mix the cheese with the cream in order to give it a softer and more creamy texture, but not in excess.
With it done, put a good spoonful of the mix in the very middle of the Phyllo sheet part and make sure it wraps the whole content as well as it NEVER APPROACHES TO THE OUTSIDE. After this tie up the neck of the packet with the twigs of chives.
Finally they will be deep fried up during no longer than 1 minute. Make sure the oil is very hot.
*NOTE: If you can't do it with La Peral because you can't dispose of it, it can be done with Cabrales, Gamonéu, or any other blue cheese as well.
