Andrés Solar, poeta

Post by Indalecio Fernandez »

asperamoste pruyendo
por vivir pallabres vieyes
como pueblu, home y llar.

Como traducción aproximada:

Junto a la fabrica encendida
la mina negra, la mar
y la tiera sin labrar
te esperamos desesperando
por vivir palabras viejas
como pueblo, hombre y hogar

Thanks for sharing that and translating the poem! It's very poignant.

Here's an English version:

Next to the factory lit up
the mine black [dark], the sea
and the land unworked
We wait [hope] for you in despair
for old words to live
such as people, man and home [village, man and hearth]

¡Gracias por compartir y traducir el poema! Es muy conmovedor.

He aquí una versión en inglés:

Next to the factory lit up
the mine black [dark], the sea
and the land unworked
We wait [hope] for you in despair
for old words to live
such as people, man and home [village, man and hearth]
