Hoy, hace 200 años, en Cabezas de San Juan - Sevilla - Andalucia, se producía lo que se conocería como el Pronunciamiento de Riego contra el Absolutismo y Fernando VII, y empezaría el Trienio Liberal, Rafael del Riego y Flórez, (Tuña, Tineo 07/04/1784 - Madrid 07/11/1823), le acompañan otros dos Asturianos, que contaran las primeras fechas de aquel pronuncimiento, Evaristo Fernández San Miguel y Valledor (Gijón 26/10/1785 - Madrid 29/05/1862) y Fernando Miranda de Grado y González Lena (Trubia - Grado (hoy Oviedo) 30/10/1787 - Oviedo 14/08/1857), y nacera el Himno de Riego, que sonó, por ejemplo, en Nueva York en 1838. Esta revolución tendrá influencia en Europa, incluso en EEUU hubo una obra de teatro .
