Asturian morcilla=making food survives in West Virginia

Post by Bob »

Kim Pearson sent a link to a podcast about a family that continues to make morcilla in West Virginia. My father was born in the zinc smelting town of Spelter, WV r (sometimes called Ziezing after the zinc factory locates there in the early 20th century). My grandparents made their own morcilla (with onions, never rice).

The podcast was made by Mike Costello, the chef at Lost Creek Farm.
