Are you having trouble registering or logging in?

Some of our members report these problems if they use AOL as their internet service provider (ISP).

There is an easy work around.

First, try it again, just to be sure.

If the problem still occurs, it probably an AOL problem. If that's true, then you may have better luck using Internet Explorer or Firefox.

Do you have a Windows computer? If so, to use Internet Explorer, hold the "Windows button" down while you press the "d" key. That should show you the Windows Desktop. (You could also close or minimize all the open windows.) Look on the desktop for something like this:



If you see that, click on it and then put this in the address bar: http://www.asturianus.org/forum/

If you haven't found Internet Explorer yet, you could click on "Start". (The Start button is located at the lower left, usually.) When a little window pops up, look in the list of programs that appear just above the Start button. "Internet" or "Internet Explorer" might appear there. If not, then click on "All Programs" (just above the Start button) and look in that listing. It may be in the main listing or could be inside the Accessories folder or one of the sub-folders inside Accessories. You're looking for an icon and text that looks like this:



Click on Internet Explorer and try registering using that program.

If you have Firefox installed on your computer, you could do the same thing.

Using AOL is not the same as being on the web. They change the images to save bandwidth. They sometimes throw away emails from us, too. You can almost always get better internet access, often for less money.
