Hello,

The internet currently shows that Asturian born Chef Jose Andres has eleven restaurants in Washington, D.C. He is the Dean of the Spanish studies program at the International Culinary Center. In 2012, he was named the outstanding chef of the year. Further, Time Magazine in 2012, listed him among the most 100 influential people in the world.

Maestro,

I agree; however, It was my judgment that it should be a stand alone posting separate from the others since I do not want to impinge on previous comments so that I am not considered rude and inconsiderate. Further, he is someone whom I admire just like my Asturian father and grandparents.

Chef Jose Andres is a part of the famous Asturian-American Family and Community, and I would hope that someday, I can meet him.
