Asturian chorizos on-line

You can buy authentic Asturian chorizos and other foods at the following on-line store:

They also have vacuum packed fabada ingredients. All you have to do is soak the beans overnight, then place the "compangu" (chorizo, morcilla and ham hock) in the bottom of a large-diameter pot, drained beans on top, a pinch of salt and barely cover the whole thing with cold water. Cook slowly for about 2-1/2 to 3 hours, adding cold water as needed and never stirring, only shaking the pot every now and then (otherwise the bean skins will break and you'll have bean mush.
